Terms and Conditions for Company Listings

1. Your business must sell or resell Mom-made handcrafted items or  services which are personally provided by a Mom. It's okay if your site also sells items that are not handmade, but only the handmade products will be used to determine a site listing. 

2. We only list family friendly sites.  General guidelines apply.

3. Company listings at MadeByMoms.com are currently free.

4. A company may be listed in no more than 2 separate categories.  All listings will pertain to products that are hand crafted or services which are personally provided. In other words, a site which sells hand crafted baby blankets as well as commercially made picture frames will only be listed in categories appropriate to the hand crafted baby blankets.  However, the complete company product line may be briefly listed in the site description.  The exception is MLM products; products or services from these types of companies will not be listed.

5. All listings are first come, first listed.

6. All listings require the use of a button graphic.  It must be no larger than 120 pixels wide by 60 pixels high and can be no larger than 7k in size.  If you need assistance creating this graphic, please contact one of the members in our Web Design and Graphics category. This button is used in lieu of your logo and is placed next to your listing.  We will not list sites without this graphic.

7. The MadeByMoms directory offers an optional Sneak Preview page. Think of this as a one page advertisement where your potential customers may preview your products. To participate, you will need the URLs for your advertising banner and no more than three product pictures.

8. All submissions must be complete. Company names, site descriptions, buttons, banners, and pictures must meet all the guidelines established. Incomplete, inappropriate, or incorrect submissions can not be processed.

9. All sites must place the MBM Member logo on their site and link it back to MadeByMoms.com.  We prefer that this graphic be placed on the home page. Sites which cannot comply within 30 days of their published listing will have their listing removed.

10. Once listed in the MBM directory, company owners may request one change during a 12 month period. Please keep this in mind as you draft your site description and chose your pictures.

11. All members are invited to participate in the free MBM banner exchange.  You receive one banner impression here at the MBM site for every banner you show on your site.  That’s a 1:1 ratio. Banners used in the banner exchange may be changed as often as needed since each company will have access to their own account. If you need assistance creating a banner, please contact one of the members in our Web Design and Graphics category.

12. Categories will be added as requests for new categories increase. 

13.  MadeByMoms reserves the right to edit the company description and change the categories a company is listed. Site owners may always request to have their listing removed at any time.
